Un gâteau au chocolat plus moelleux
L’astuce, étape par étape
Au moment d'enfourner mon gâteau au chocolat, je mets le moule dans un moule plus grand qui contient 1/4 de verre d'eau. Mon gâteau au chocolat ne sera plus jamais trop sec.
